Our holiday home is located in Sampieri, a hamlet of Scicli just a short distance from the area's most suggestive beaches, in a place rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural value, in a place with a spectacular view. "Al ficodindia" is a hospitable and comfortable structure.

The area in which we are located and the surrounding places offer our guests the opportunity to build delicious food and wine itineraries through which they can discover traditions and cultures, follow cultural events and exhibitions, take long walks enraptured by the numerous gardens and splendid landscapes in the area.

In the surroundings of our residence you will find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions.

Our residence is the perfect location for families who want to find the comforts of home, for lovers of the silence of nature and tranquillity away from the city.

Each flat has a private bathroom, independent entrance and a private gazebo in the garden equipped with table and chairs.

Our flats have a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and TV.

Guests also have access to the common areas: parking, garden, barbecue area, laundry.

In addition, we offer our guests free of charge: The kitchen kit, beach umbrella, Wi-fi, a wonderful sea view and lots of good advice for your stay!
You can also bring your "four-legged" friends with you.

Our stay was very pleasant and relaxing. It is possible to reach the beach in a couple of minutes on foot. The property is a bit detached from the town so you can enjoy the silence and tranquility. We also had the opportunity to visit the wonderful Scicli, Modica, and Ragusa Ibla. Recommended even for those with children.

Structure suitable for families, clean, pity about all the birds nesting on the roof that hinder the use of the terrace. Equipped with the necessary. Maybe some more towels.

We had a great week in the Salvia apartment with our ten-month-old baby. The property is very close to the sea and a small, uncrowded beach, despite it being August, which we always reached on foot. The owners have always been very kind to us. The apartment was small but equipped with everything and well ventilated, we didn't feel the heat. Sampieri is reached in a minute. It was just what we were looking for.

Nice place, surrounded by greenery, with the sea in front, in the sun. It was the ideal place for our winter vacation. In Scicli, we saw the splendid parade of horses adorned with flowers for the Feast of St. Joseph. In winter in Scicli, Modica, Ibla, Noto, there is no shortage of traditional events, festivals, theaters, concerts. Comfortable accommodation, kind owner. We will be back.
